By using Simply Sefer, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for listings, messages, and account activity associated with your profile.
You may not post fraudulent listings, abuse other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law while using the service.
Simply Sefer may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access if we believe these terms or platform rules are being violated.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Simply Sefer disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Marketplace Safety and User Responsibility
SimplySefer is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Users are responsible for their own listings, messages, transactions, pickup arrangements, and personal safety.
SimplySefer does not guarantee any user's identity, intentions, honesty, genuineness, safety, listings, items, meetings, or transactions.
For safety, meet in a public, well-lit place. Do not meet at someone's house or invite someone to your house. If a price seems too good to be true, use caution.
By using SimplySefer to list, message, meet, arrange pickup, buy, sell, bid, or transact, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You understand and agree that SimplySefer is a peer-to-peer marketplace and does not guarantee users, listings, items, meetings, transactions, intentions, genuineness, or safety.
User Responsibility and Release: You are responsible for your own safety and agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release SimplySefer and its owners, creators, operators, and affiliates from claims arising from your interactions or transactions with other users.
